1. Determine Customer Needs: Clearly define the customer's needs in the initial stages, including: the type of pet the product targets (cat/dog/puppy), the shape of the dry food pellets, their texture (soft or hard), nutritional indicators, and whether the customer has provided a specific formula or specified one or more special additives.
2. If customized packaging is required, assist the customer in confirming details such as: specifications, packaging bag style, material, packaging design, printing effects, packaging roll delivery time, minimum order quantity, and price quote.
3. Internally approve the price quote and communicate the transaction details.
4. Based on the customer's order quantity, internally confirm the production schedule and other details, and then notify the customer of the delivery timeline.
