Our manufacturing partner, EASA Pet Food, was founded in 2008 and has been recognized among China's Top Ten Pet Food Manufacturers. Located in Xingtai, Hebei, EASA has a registered capital of RMB 50 million, a plant area of over 30,000 square metres and more than 400 employees. Its business integrates research and development, production and sales of dry food, wet food, treats and other supplies for dogs and cats.
Dry Food Production Line
EASA follows the principle of caring for pets in its manufacturing operations. Its modern production facilities include German automated production equipment. Hengchuan coordinates product requirements with EASA, including the applicable nutritional and food-safety requirements for the intended market.
EASA's stated annual dry food production reaches 35,000 tonnes, while its daily canned food output approaches 40,000 units. Hengchuan confirms available production schedules and order lead times with EASA for each project.
EASA focuses on raw-material quality and works with nutrition specialists on formulation development. Hengchuan helps buyers discuss ingredients, nutritional targets and supporting product documentation with the manufacturer.
Since its establishment in 2008, EASA has developed its pet food manufacturing capabilities. Through this partnership, Hengchuan supports overseas buyers with product selection, OEM/ODM coordination, factory visits, quality checks and export arrangements.

EASA's manufacturing documentation includes ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, Halal and FDA registration materials, as well as a UDEM document. Its honours include recognition among China's Top Ten Pet Food Manufacturers.
